The Southern Piedmont Chapter #4 Blue Star Mothers is located in North Carolina and is part of the larger organization Blue Star Mothers of America. Meetings

Currently the chapter meets on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 9:00 a.m. at Applebee's in Mooresville at exit 36. If there is a need to change the location for the convenience of our members, we are agreeable, so be sure to check this page for the meeting location prior to attending. It will be current with the meeting time and location and the date the information was updated. (Updated 4 Apr 2012)

Mission

The mission of Blue Star Mothers is to support mothers, fathers and families of all branches of active duty military and honorably discharged and retired military.

Our chapter routinely sends packages to deployed military, sends cards to deployed military, supports the local NC National Guard chapters with events like welcoming home celebrations, aids the families for fallen heroes and whatever we can do for other Blue Star Mothers and their families to offer support to one another. 

Membership

Membership is available for mothers of all active duty military and honorably discharged and retired military from all branches.  Associate membership is available for family and friends of active duty military and honorably discharged and retired military for all branches.  Dues are $20 annually and a Blue Star Mothers pin is $10.  Associate members (dads, aunts, sisters, brothers) do not pay dues.
